Volunteers for the better Ghana Agenda (VBGA part II), is advocating for Ghanaians to re-elect the ruling National Democratic Congress.

A statement jointly signed by Samuel N. Nkumbaan, Spokesperson and Joseph L. Dabuo, National Chairperson for the group and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra said, “it’s always the wish of the late President John Evans Atta Mills to bring the Nation to a pedestal of development hence the need for Ghanaians to vote for President John Dramani Mahama to fulfill the late President vision.”

The statement said Ghanaians were satisfied with the manner in which the country was being run by the NDC administration in the last three and half years.

It lauded the tremendous successes chalked by the NDC government in the area of international relations, good governance and rule of law, infrastructural development, micro-economic stability, agriculture, national unity and social services delivery.

The statement said: “VBGA has a strong conviction in his Excellency John Dramani Mahama that he will successfully complete the better Ghana Agenda.”

It said their believe was born out of the fact that President Mahama has in the past three years accumulated enormous experience as a vice president of Ghana.

The VBGA noted that it is in recognition of President Mahama achievements and the faith they have in him to lead the NDC to deliver the better Ghana Agenda that they have volunteered to propagate the need for the party to be given a second term come December 7.

It expressed their condolence to the former first lady Dr. Ernestina Naadu Mills and commiserated with President Mahama and the NDC on the death of the late president.
