Former President Jerry Rawlings is expected to sign the book of condolence at the Castle today.

The book of condolence was opened by the State for the late President John Evans Atta Mills at the State House in Accra on Wednesday.

Copies have been placed at the State house, the Osu Castle, the NDC Head quarters and the residence of the late President.

Meanwhile, some members of government have indicated Mr. Rawlings may not be allowed to visit the home of former first lady Naadu Mills.

According to Presidential Staffer, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye, the ex Presidents comments following the demise of Professor Mills is an indication he feels no pain for the former first lady.
