Gov't To Empower Primary, JHS Drop Outs
The Minister for Education, Hon. Alex Tettey-Enyo, has disclosed that the government has decided to equip the youth who drop out of the primary and Junior High Schools with apprenticeship training in the formal and informal Sectors.
